摘    要:
目的探讨碘油(加白芨)在磁共振上的信号特点。方法制备样品:碘油样品取自肝栓塞剂的碘化油,并各取12mL泛影葡胺、3‰和10‰钆对比剂置试管内作为对照。将试管按顺序排列,于0.35T的MR仪进行多参数扫描;计算SNR值进行对比。结果碘油在体外DWI序列上呈低信号,STIR上呈较低信号。结论可以用DWI和STRI来区分碘油,判断碘油的沉积情况,同时显示肿瘤的信号。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the Bletilla striata of Lipiodol in esophageal specimen role on the magnetic reso- nance signal characteristics. Methods Lipiodol was performed to check whether embolized mdules contained lipiodol and how lipiodol was distributed within them. Standard DWI and STIR were obtained with use of a routine protocol for liver imaging on a 0.35T whole body scanner, on the same samples. SNR of lipiodol was also compared with that of llv- er tissues and vegetable oil. Results The iodized oil showed lower signal intensities than the liver parenchyma in both diffusion weighted images (DWI) and short TI inversion recovery (STIR). On STIR we observed that the lipiodol showed hypointense signal on DWI signal intensity of lipiodol with and noise at the same level. Conclusion We can conclude that iodized oil accumulation ragions showed lower signal intensities than the normal hepatic parenchyma, on DWI and STIR, by SNR data were analyzed and the cases of after TACE.
