中药神康胶囊对失神经骨骼肌及运动终板作用的实验研究

目的:观察补阳还五汤加味的神康胶囊对失神经支配后的骨骼肌及运动终板退变的影响.方法:坐骨神经切断法制作大鼠实验模型,造模后按给药量大小将实验组分为A组、B组,并设生理盐水对照组.术后4、8、12周末取腓肠肌作乙酰胆碱脂酶(AchE)染色观察运动终板的染色及形态;HE染色观察肌纤维直径及横截面积.结果:4～8周末,实验组运动终板染色及形态的退变均迟于对照组,骨骼肌截面积及直径明显大于对照组(P＜0.05);12周末,所观察和测定的图像数据与对照组差异不明显,(P＞0.05);4、8、12周末三个时段A、B组无显著性差异.结论:在一定时限内,中药神康胶囊对外周神经赖以发挥作用的终末效应器一骨骼肌及运动终板的退变,可产生一定的保护和损伤-延缓作用.

Effect of Shen Kang(神康) Capsule on Sciatic-denervated Skeletal Muscle and Motor End Plate in Rats

Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese herb Shen Kang capsule on the degenerations of skeletal muscle and motor end plate following sciatic nerve injury in rats Methods Sciatic-denervated rats were divided into three groups: treatment group A and B and control group. The samples of denerved gastrocnemius at the end of 4th,8th and 12th week after denervation were harvested. The tinction and form of the motor end plate were examined after staining with AchE and the diameter and the transection areas determined with HE-staining. Results At the end of 4th and 8th week, the degeneration in tinction and form in treatment groups was delayed when compared with control group, while the diameter and transection area of the skeletal muscle were significantly greater than control(P<0.05). At the end of 12th week all the parameters were no longer differentiated between treatment and control group.At the end of 4th,8th and 12th week there was no difference between the two treatment groups also.Conclusion In a certain time limit,the degenerations of the skeletal muscle and motor end plates, the end effector,through which the peripheral nerve can perform their function, can be abated by treating with Chinese herb Shen Kang capsule.
