| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Jab1蛋白在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测和分析10例正常卵巢组织、19例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤以及43例卵巢癌组织中Jab1蛋白的表达。结果Jab1蛋白阳性表达率正常卵巢组织、良性上皮性肿瘤组织明显低于卵巢癌组织，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。Jab1蛋白在卵巢癌中的表达与组织学分化、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关且有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而与患者年龄、有无腹水等无关。结论Jab1蛋白在卵巢癌中表达异常，与肿瘤的恶性程度、细胞的增殖活性密切相关。提示Jab1与卵巢癌的发生、发展密切相关，并有可能成为卵巢癌基因治疗的新靶点。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of Jab1 proteins in ovarian carcinoma and its correlation with clinicopathologic variables.Methods The expressions of Jab1 protein in normal ovarian tissue(10 cases),benign ovarian tumor(19 cases) and ovarian carcinoma(43 cases) were analyzed by immunohistochemistry technique.Results The positivity rate of Jab1 in ovarian carcinoma was higher than that in the normal ovarian and benign ovarian tumor groups(both P<0.05).The expression of Jab1 in carcinoma was associated... |
