宁波市居民1987—1992年死亡资料多死因分析

对宁波市区１９８７－１９９２年常户口听１６７９８例死者的多死因分析表明：死者的医学情况娄有年龄增长而增加，以呼吸、消化和循环系统疾病的医学情况为多；高血压病的 单死因为第１１位，多死因升为第４；根本死因为脑血管病者２／３以上伴有高血压病，表明高血压病是危害健康的重要因素之一，多死因分析可使我们充分利用死亡资料，加深对疾病危害性的认识，具有重要的社会卫生学意义。

MULTIPLE CAUSE OF DEATH ANALYSIS IN NINGBO URBAN INHABITANTS 1987-1992

ith the method of multiple cause of death analysis,we evaluated the 16798 death certificates in Ningbo urban district,1987-1992.It showed that the records of all medical condition were increasing with age and there were more records in the diseases of respiratory,digestive and circulatory system.With unidimesional approach the precedence of Hypertension was in the 11th and in the 4th under multidimensional approach.More than 75% of cerebrovascular disease,as a underlying cause of death,accompanied hypertension.It indicated that Hypertension was one of the major factors to endanger health.
