| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺癌术后并发乳糜胸的临床治疗经验。方法回顾性分析12例肺癌术后并发乳糜胸患者的临床资料,其中10例给予保守治疗,2例再次行开胸手术治疗。结果本组保守治疗的10例中,胸腔引流量逐渐减少,最终治愈;2例手术治疗者均成功治愈。全组随访3个月~1年,均未再次出现乳糜胸。结论肺癌术后并发乳糜胸,应根据胸腔引流量及患者的具体病情选择保守治疗或手术治疗,及时的诊断、恰当的治疗方式,是治愈的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the treatment experience of postoperation of lung cancer combined with chylothorax.Methods The clinical materials of 12 cases of such patient were analyzed retrospectively which 10 cases were treated conser vatively and 2 cases were performed operation. Results All cases had no relapse after 3months to 1 year follow-up.Conclusion There might be key point for diagnosis in time and proper therapy according to drainage volume and detail situation to choice conservative or operative methods. |
