不同剂量腺苷蛋氨酸治疗病毒性肝炎肝内胆汁淤积临床疗效观察

目的探讨不同剂量腺苷蛋氨酸治疗病毒性肝炎肝内胆汁淤积临床疗效。方法将80例病毒性肝炎肝内胆汁淤积患者分为两组各40例。在综合治疗的基础上，观察组加用腺苷蛋氨酸2000mg溶于5％葡萄糖注射液250mL，每日1次静滴；对照组加用腺苷蛋氨酸1000mg溶于5％葡萄糖注射液250mL，每日1次静滴。疗程均为6周。结果两组治疗前后TBIL、DBIL、TBA、AKP、γ—GT下降及瘙痒改善情况均有显著差异（P〈0．05）；观察组显效率及总有效率优于对照组（P〈0．05），治疗组与对照组疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者用药观察期间均未发现显著不良反应。结论大剂量腺苷蛋氨酸治疗病毒性肝炎肝内胆汁淤积疗效显著提高。

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of different doses adenosylmethionine for intrahepatic cholestasis of viral hepatitis

Objective To study the effect of different doses adenosylmethionine in the treatment of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of viral hepatitis.Methods To divide the 80 patients who have intrahepatic cholestasis of viral hepatitis into two groups with 40 patients in observation group and 40 in comparison group.The patients in observation group received adenosylmethionine 2 g/d and the patients in the comparison group received denosylmethionine 1 g/d.Treatment periods are all 6 weeks.The same support care was also given to the two groups.Results Compared with the observation group,the improvement of the TBIL、DBIL、TBA、AKP、γ-GT and skin pruritus were significantly higher than that in the comparison group(P < 0.05);The obvious effective rate and total effective rate of the treatment group are significantly better than that in the data of the comparison group(P < 0.05).Apparant adverse reactions had not been found in both groups.Conclusion The therapeutic effect on large dose of adenosylmethionine for patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of viral hepatitis has been significanly improved.
