自噬在心力衰竭中的研究进展

自噬是存在于细胞内高度保守的分解途径,以降解细胞内大分子物质和细胞内容物,包括长寿蛋白和细胞器。在生理情况下,心肌细胞的自噬对更新细胞器起重要作用;在应激情况下,自噬则可以上调起保护细胞的作用。自噬存在于心力衰竭的心肌细胞中,与凋亡、坏死共同存在,并参与心力衰竭过程中发生的心肌肥大和心室重构,但是至今还未清楚自噬代表的是心力衰竭细胞的修复还是一种自杀死亡途径。

Advancement in Studies on Autophagy in Heart Failure

Autophagy is a highly conserved cellular process that uses bulk degradation and recycling of cytoplasmic components,such as long-lived proteins and organelles.Under normal conditions,autophagy in the heart is important for the turnover of organelles at low basal levels and it is upregulated in response to stresses.Autophagy accompanying apoptosis and necrosis exists in heart failure and is involved in the progress of heart failure such as myocardial hypertrophy and ventricular remodeling.It has not been identified whether autophagy is protective or detrimental in response to heart failure.
