台州市胆石症危险因素Logistic回归分析

目的评价台州市胆石症的危险因素。方法调查台州市120例胆石症和200例健康人群的性别、年龄、肥胖、饮酒、吸烟、经常运动、早餐规律、饮水、荤素、禽蛋、遗传病史情况共11项因素，并建立非条件Logistic回归分析模型分析得出胆石症的危险因素。结果性别、年龄、肥胖、饮酒、吸烟、经常运动、早餐规律、饮水、荤素、禽蛋、遗传病史情况11项因素经Logistic回归分析模型分析后，7项因素最终进入模型，按照相关程度排序依次为遗传病史、早餐规律、经常运动、性别、年龄、肥胖、荤素。结论胆石症遗传病史、早餐不规律、不经常运动、女性、年龄≥40岁、BMI≥25kg/m^2、喜欢吃荤食这7项为台州市胆石症的危险因素。

Logistic regression analysis on risk factors of cholelithiasis in Taizhou city

Objective To evaluate the risk factors of cholelithiasis.Methods To research 11 factors of gender,age,obesity,drinking,smoking,frequent sports,breakfast regularity,drinking water,clitocybine,eggs and genetic history of 120 people with cholelithiasis and 200 healthy people and build the unconditional Logistic regression analysis model to get the risk factors of cholelithiasis.Results After 11 factors of gender,age,obesity,drinking,smoking,frequent sports,breakfast regularity,drinking water,clitocybine,eggs and genetic history are analyzed through the Logistic regression analysis model,7 factors eventually enter in the model with sequence of genetic history,breakfast regularity,frequent sports,gender,age,obesity and clitocybine according to the degree of correlation.Conclusion Genetic history,irregular breakfast,lack of sports,female,age over or equal to 40 years old,BMI over or equal to 25 kg/m2 and liking animal food are the risk factors of cholelithiasis.
