| 摘 要： | 目的探讨惊恐障碍患者的父母育龄与胎次效应。方法采用Haldane和Smith的方法，对75例惊恐障碍患者的家系进行了分析。结果惊恐障碍患者的父母育龄与胎次效应显著（X=2．56，P〈0．02），结论父母育龄越大及胎次高者易患此病。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between the onset o f Panic disor der(PD) and the effects of parental age at delivery and birth order. Met hods Th e families of 75 probands with PD were studied by Haldane & Smith procedure. Results The development of PD was significantly associated with the parental age at delivery and birth order. Conclusion The older the parental age at delivery and the later the birth order, the more likely were the offspring to develop PD. |
