摘    要:目的:研究不同烧结温度对氧化锆/饰面瓷剪切强度的影响。方法:将70个氧化锆试件按饰面瓷烧结温度的不同随机分为7组。采用平行界面剪切实验测定各组的氧化锆/饰面瓷结合强度。结果:7组间氧化锆/饰面瓷剪切强度有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。最高烧结温度860℃组及最低烧结温度800℃组,与标准组830℃组相比较剪切强度均有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。810℃、820℃、840℃、850℃组,与标准组830℃组相比较剪切强度均无统计学差异(P﹥0.05)。结论:饰面瓷的烧结温度对氧化锆/饰面瓷的剪切强度产生影响,过高或过低的烧结温度会降低氧化锆/饰面瓷试件的剪切强度。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the Influence of sintering temperature on zirconia/veneer Shear bond strength. Method: according to sintering temperatures, 70 samples were divided into 7 groups. Shear tests were performed in a uni- versal. Result: There were significant differences for shear bond strength between seven groups (P 〈0.05). Compared with the standard group 830 ℃group,the highest sintering temperature 860 ℃ group and minimum sintering temperature 800 ℃ group both have significant differences (P 〈0.05). Compared with the standard group 830℃ group, 810 ℃, 820 ℃, 840 ℃, 850 ℃ groups all have no differences (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: The sintering temperature influences the shear bond strength of zirconia/veneer. Too high or low sintering temperature decreases the shear bond strength of zirconia&eneer.
