| 摘 要： | 目的:观察下颌第一前磨牙髓腔直径的增龄变化。方法:对80颗年龄明确,外形完整的下颌第一前磨牙的X线图像进行定点测量髓腔近远中径和颊舌径,统计髓腔直径的平均值。结果:髓腔直径随年龄增大而逐渐减小。结论:不同年龄下颌第一前磨牙髓腔均呈"扁漏斗状",不利于根管预备中导入器械的旋转;通过测量髓腔直径,为法医学和考古学推测个体年龄提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the pulp cavity of age-related changes in diameter on mandibular first premolars. Method： 80 cases of age clearly and intact mandibular first premolars are taken X-ray in buccolingual and mesiodistal directions and the pulp cavity diameters are measured： then statistics pulp cavity diameter average value.Result： pulp cavity diameter decreases gradually as people＇s age increases. Conclusion：The pulp cavity on mandibular first premolars of different ages shows ＂flat funnel-shaped＂ and is not conducive to the rotation of the imported equipment in root canal preparation： by measuring the pulp cavity diameter, provide reference for forensic and archaeological conjecture individual age. |
