两种方法佐治小儿喘息性支气管肺炎的疗效比较

目的观察两种方法佐治小儿喘息性支气管肺炎的疗效。方法将小儿喘息性支气管肺炎患儿93例分雾化组、注药组与对照组各31例,三组均给予抗感染、抗病毒、吸氧、吸痰、改善肺部血循环等常规治疗,另雾化组加用普米克令舒与可必特雾化吸入,注药组加用细辛脑注射液静脉滴注。结果雾化组治愈率87.1%,注药组治愈率83.9%,对照组治愈率61.3%,雾化组及注药组症状体征好转快、住院时间短,两组间疗效相似。结论普米克令舒与可必特雾化吸入及细辛脑注射液滴注均是治疗小儿喘息性支气管肺炎的有效佐治方法。

THE EFFECT COMPARISON OF TWO KIND OF ADJUVANT THERAPY FOR CHILDREN WITH ASTHMATOID BRONCHOPNEUMONIA

Objective To observe the clinical outcomes of the two different adjuvant therapy for treating the asthematoid bronchopneumonia of children. Method 93 cases were divided into three groups. They were atomizing inhalation group, dripping group and contrast group. The basical therapy were the same of those three groups. Atomizing inhalation with Pulmicore Respule and Combivent were used in the atomizing inhalation group and Asrone injection was dropped in the dripping group. Result The cure - rate was 87. 1% in atomizing inhalation group, 83.9% in dripping group,6l. 3% in contrast group. The symptom and physical signs of the asthematoid bronchopneumonia recovered quickly in the atomizing inhalation group and dripping group. Accordingly, the times of the patients in hospital were shorter in the atomizing inhalation group and dripping group than that in the contrast group. The clinical outcomes of the atomizing inhalation group and dripping group were similitude. Conclusion Both of atomizing inhalation with Pulmicore Respule and Combivent and dripping Asrone injection are the effective adjuvant therapy for the asthematoid bronchopneumonia of children.
