幼儿小脑内部微血管构筑的形态学观察

摘    要:目的观察幼儿小脑内皮质及髓质的微血管形态学特点。方法采用改良碱性磷酸酶染色法显示小脑内皮质及髓质的微血管形态及吻合情况。结果本实验不仅成功地显示出清晰的微静脉,而且发现小脑内微静脉的引流区域呈现尖向皮质浅层、底向髓质的“直立的宝塔松”形状。另外还发现在小脑回顶及脑沟两侧,有少数微动脉以锐角自软脑膜动脉发出后斜穿入皮质深层。小叶两侧的皮质深层动脉可通过髓质内微动脉相互建立连接。结论经本研究室改良后的碱性磷酸酶染色法能清晰显示小脑内微血管构筑,并首次发现较粗大的皮质髓质动脉进入髓质后可直接发出毛细血管。

Abstract:Objective To explore the morphological characteristics of the microvasculature of cerebellar cortex and medullae of infants. Method The improved alkaling-phosphatase staining method was adopted to show the structure of microvasculature of cerebellar cortex and medullae of infants. Results The study succeeded to show the veinule clearly. The shape like erect tower in the area where veinule lead blood stream, the tower's tine point to the superficial cortex,and the tower's bottom point to medullae. There are a few of arterioles from cerebral pia mater arteries which enter the deep cortex in an acute angle on the top of gyrus cerebelli and the two sides of cortical sulci. The deep cortical arteries on the two sides of lobules connect with each other through the medulla arterioles. Conclusion The microvasculature of cerebellum was showed clearly by the alkaling-phosphatase staining method improved by our laboratory. And it was found that corticomedullary arteries can directly emitted capillary vessel when they enter into medulla.
