阿托伐他汀对合并高脂血症脑梗死患者血液流变学的影响

摘    要:目的观察阿托伐他汀对合并高脂血症脑梗死患者血液流变学的影响。方法 138例合并高脂血症脑梗死患者随机分为常规治疗组(n=69)和阿托伐他汀治疗组(n=69),阿托伐他汀治疗组除进行常规治疗外,加用阿托伐他汀10 mg/d,分别于入院时及临床治疗14 d检测患者的血脂及血液流变学指标,对两组治疗前后血脂及血液流变学指标的结果进行比较。结果阿托伐他汀治疗组治疗后总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白降低,高密度脂蛋白增高,全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞变形指数降低,与对照组对比差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合并高脂血症脑梗死患者应用阿托伐他汀能起到降低血脂及改善血液流变学作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect to hemorheology of atorvastatin on patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods 138 Cerebral infarction patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into Control group (n=69) and atorvastatin treatment group(n=69), each group treated by conventional treatment, atorvastatin treatment group combined with atorvastatin 10 rag/d, at the time of admission and clinical treatment of 14d detected the blood lipid and blood rheology, and compared their difference. Results In Atorvastatin treated group, the total cholesterol, triglyceride and LDL droped, HDL increased, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte rigidity index and erythrocyte deformation index decreased, compared with the control group, the difference has statistical significance (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Patients with cerebral infarction complicated with hyperlipidemia using atorvastatin can play to reduce blood fat and improving blood theology.
