数字化舌诊对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平、营养状况及膳食结构的评估作用

摘    要:目的观察中医舌诊对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制、营养状况及膳食结构的评估价值。方法采用横断面调查方法对2010年3月至6月期间住院的180例2型糖尿病患者进行膳食结构问卷调查,测定血糖和BMI,同时采集中医数字化舌象数据。结果空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖异常组的舌苔厚薄、腐腻和舌色-R指数明显高于正常组(P〈0.05),糖化血红蛋白异常组的舌苔润燥、厚薄、腐腻和剥苔及舌色-R指数明显高于正常组(P〈0.05);超重肥胖组舌苔润燥、厚薄、腐腻及裂纹指数高于正常组(P〈0.05),蛋白质和脂肪摄入过高组的舌苔厚薄、腐腻和舌色-R指数明显高于正常组(P〈0.05),碳水化合物摄入过少组的舌色-R指数明显高于正常组(P〈0.05)。结论糖尿病患者的舌象能客观反映其血糖控制、营养状况以及膳食结构状况。

Abstract:Objective To observe the role of digitalized tongue diagnosis in the evaluation of the blood sugar,nutrient state and dietary structure in type 2 diabetes.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted to analyze their dietary structure,blood sugar and body mass index(BMI) in 180 cases of type 2 diabetic inpatients;meanwhile,the data of digitalized tongue were collected.Result The indexes of coating thickness,curdy grease and color-Redness were higher in the cases of abnormal fasting and 2-hour postcibal sugar than in the normal people(P〈0.05),the indexes of coating moisture,thickness,curdy grease,peeled coating and color-Redness were higher in the cases of abnormal glycosylhemoglobin than in the normal people(P〈0.05);the indexes of coating moisture,thickness,curdy grease and fissure were higher in the over-weight cases than in the normal people(P〈0.05);the indexes of coating thickness,curdy grease and color-Redness were higher in the cases of over-intake of protein and fat than in the normal people(P〈0.05);and the index of color-Redness was higher in the cases of least-intake of carbohydrate than in the normal people(P〈0.05).Conclusion The tongue conditions can objectively reflect the blood sugar,nutrient state and dietary structure in the patients with type 2 diabetes.
