刺老苞根皮黄酮类化合物抗去势雌性大鼠骨质疏松症实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨刺老苞根皮黄酮类化合物对去卵巢骨质疏松模型大鼠的影响。方法将72只15周龄SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、尼尔雌醇组及刺老苞根皮黄酮类化合物高、中、低剂量组,每组12只。空白组行假手术,其余5组行卵巢切除术,术后用药12周后处死,测定右侧股骨骨密度、骨矿含量、血清雌二醇、碱性磷酸酶含量及子宫湿重。结果与模型组比较,刺老苞根皮黄酮类化合物高、中、低剂量组、尼尔雌醇组能对抗骨密度、骨矿含量、血清雌二醇的下降、血清碱性磷酸酶的升高(P〈0.05),对抗子宫指数的减轻(P〈0.05)。结论刺老苞根皮黄酮类化合物可以改善骨质量,抑制大鼠去卵巢骨质疏松的发生,具有类雌激素的效应。

Abstract:Objective To study and analyze the effects of Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz flavonoids on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rat models.Methods Seventy-two 15-week aged SD rats were divided into six groups,including control group and five ovariectomized model groups.Model groups were fed by Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz flavonoids for 12 weeks,related indexes were analyzed,including their right bone mineral density,bone mineral,serum estrogen,serum ALP and uterus index.Results Compared with the model group,different-dose groups and nilestriol group could increase bone mineral density,bone mineral,serum estrogen and uterus index,but decreased serum ALP(P 0.05).Conclusion Aralia echinocauIis Hand.Mazz flavonoids may ameliorate the bone quality and inhibit osteoporosis of ovariectomized rat models,functioning as a female sex hormone-like component.
