一指禅推拿手法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征40例

目的观察一指禅推拿手法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法将78例病例随机分为治疗组（40例）和对照组（38例）,治疗组采用一指禅推拿手法治疗,对照组口服匹维溴胺和培菲康治疗;两组疗程均为1个月,观察临床疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90.0%、55.3%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论一指禅推拿手法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征有较好的临床疗效。

Treatment of 40 cases of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome by one-thumb massage

Objective To observe the clinical effects of one-thumb massage on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Methods Seventy-eight subjects were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group in which 40 cases were treated by one-thumb massage and control group in which 38 cases were treated with Mebeverine and ＂Peifeikang Capsule＂ orally,with a course of one month for each group.The clinical effects were observed.Results The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 55.3% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion One-thumb massage has positive effects on diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.
