乳腺癌患者治疗前后血清VEGF动态变化及乳癌术后方的干预作用

目的探讨乳腺癌患者治疗前后血清VEGF水平的变化及中药乳癌术后方的干预作用。方法选择乳腺癌患者87例,动态观察术前、常规手术及放化疗等西医治疗后及服乳癌术后方6个月后血清VEGF水平,并随访患者肿瘤复发转移率与无病生存率。结果共有80例完成观察。VEGF检测显示,患者术后化/放疗后血清VEGF水平较术前显著降低（P〈0.05）;而乳癌术后方治疗后,患者血清VEGF水平进一步降低（P〈0.05）。中位随访时间18个月,患者肿瘤复发转移率为3.75%,无病生存率为96.25%,总生存率达100%。结论 VEGF水平在乳腺癌的治疗过程中呈动态变化,乳癌术后方可能通过降低VEGF水平从而抑制乳腺癌的复发转移。

Dynamic changes of vascular endothelial growth factor in breast cancer patients and its intervention by "Ruai Shuhou Decoction"

Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of the expression of serum vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） and its intervention by ＂Ruai Shuhou Decoction＂.Methods The levels of VEGF were detected by ELLSA in 87 breast cancer patients respectively before operation,after chemotherapy and after oral ＂Ruai Shuhou Decoction＂.The recurrence rate and disease-free survival rates were surveyed.Results Eighty cases underwent the whole procedure.The VEGF level was significantly lower after chemotherapy than before chemotherapy;after treatment by ＂Ruai Shuhou Decoction＂,the VEGF level got lower（P〈0.05）.In the median 18-month survey,the recurrence rate was 3.75%,the disease-free survival rate was 96.25%,and the total survival rate was 100%.Conclusion The VEGF level changes during the whole procedure,and ＂Ruai Shuhou Decoction＂ can reduce VEGF level to suppress recurrence and metastasis of tumors.
