| 摘 要： | 目的探讨PICC在极低出生体重儿中的应用价值及护理措施。方法将PICC置管的45例极低出生体重儿与同期经周围静脉留置输液的40例极低出生体重儿进行对照观察。结果两组患儿在静脉穿刺次数、低体温、低血糖的发生率差异有显著意义,静脉炎的发生率差异无显著意义。结论PICC为极低出生体重儿提供了安全、可靠的静脉通路,减轻了护理工作量,值得临床推广使用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To Study the applying value and nursing method for very low birth weight infant by applying PICC. Method 45 very low birth weight infant with PICC were selected as experimental group,40 very low birth weight infant with retention transfusion via periphery vein were selected as control group.Result There was significant difference in times of vein puncture,occurrence rate of low body temperature and low blood sugar between the two groups.There was no significant difference in occurrence of phlebitis.Conclusion A safe,reliable vein path was applied by PICC for very low birth weight infant.It reduce the nurse's workload and is worth for clinical generalization. |
