鬼针草提取物抑瘤作用初步研究

摘    要:
目的:研究鬼针草提取物的抗肿瘤作用,初步探讨其抑瘤作用的机制。方法::建立小鼠胃癌实体瘤动物模型,连续10d灌胃给予鬼针草提取物,处死后检测治疗组及对照组皮下瘤重;采用MTT法检测荷瘤小鼠脾淋巴细胞对ConA刺激的转化能力;荷瘤鼠腹腔注射诱导剂诱生巨噬细胞,体外检测巨噬细胞吞噬中性红功能。结果:鬼针草400.0、200.0g/kg可抑制小鼠胃癌细胞的生长,抑瘤率分别为44.2%和41.8%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);鬼针草400.0g/kg可明显提高小鼠淋巴细胞对ConA的反应性,刺激指数达到1.53,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);鬼针草400.0、200.0及100.0g/kg还可明显增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:鬼针草提取物能抑制胃癌细胞生长,其抑瘤作用与激活体内免疫系统有关。

A preliminary study on anti-tumor effect of Bidens bipinnata

Abstract:
Objective To study the anti-tumor activity of Bidens bipinnata and its immunomodulational effects.Method Solid tumor was induced by injecting MFC subcutaneously to the right anterior limb in mice.The tumor weight was measured after mice were executed.The effects of Bidens bipinnata on lymphocyte proliferation was measured by MTT.Simultaneously,phagocytosis of mice was detected using the method that macrophages engulfed neutral red.The effect of Bidens bipinnata on the production of antibody was studied,the lymphocytes from mice were prepared as described above.Results The high-dose(400.0 g/kg)and mid-dose(200.0 g/kg)of Bidens bipinnata could significantly inhibit the growth of MFC,the inhibitory rates were 44.2% and 41.8%,respectively(P0.05,P0.01).The average absorbance of lymphocytes in 400.0 g/kg group was higher than that in the untreated control group.Bidens bipinnata(400.0 and 200.0 g/kg)increased the activity of macrophage(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion Bidens bipinnata can inhibit MCF growth and probably inhibit tumor by means of activating the immunocompetence of the body.
