高眼压状态下急性闭角型青光眼的手术探讨

目的:探讨急性闭角型青光眼在高眼压状态下,进行急诊手术的疗效。方法:统计2005年1月～2009年6月期间共收治原发性急性闭角型青光眼患者40例(43眼)经局部及全身多种降眼压药物均无法控制者急诊采用青光眼小梁切除术,术后随访至少3个月,对比术前、术后视力、眼压等变化。结果:患者43眼视力均有不同程度的提高,眼压得到有效控制,手术后较术前均有统计学意义。结论:高眼压状态下急诊行小梁切除术是治疗药物无法控制眼压的急性闭角型青光眼一种可行的有效方法。

Surgery treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma under ocular hypertension

Objective To investigate the effects of emergency surgery of acute angle-closure glaucoma under ocular hypertension.Method Total 40 cases（43 eyes）with primary acute angle-closure glaucoma were treated with emergency trabeculectomy because of variety of local and systemic IOP lowering drugs were invalid.The patients were followed up for 3 months,and the visual acuity,intraocular pressure and other data changes between preoperation and postoperation were compared.Results The visual acuity in 43 eyes of the patients had improvement in different degrees,the intraocular pressure were effectively controlled,the data between preoperation and postoperation showed significant differences.Conclusion Emergency trabeculectomy under ocular hypertension is an effective method for acute angle-closure glaucoma with uncontrolled intraocular pressure by drugs.
