| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨内科胸腔镜对单纯性胸膜腔积液的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析2006年以来,临床表现为单纯性胸膜腔积液的15例患者的诊治过程,总结确诊率和并发症。结果:胸腔镜检查组患者确诊率明显高于对照组。结论:内科胸腔镜检查对单纯性胸腔积液患者具有重要的临床诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnositic value of medical thoracoscopy in simple pleural effusion.Method We retrospectively analyzed the clinical diagnosis process of 15 patients with simple pleural effusion since 2006,the rate of correct diagnosis and complications were concluded.Results Compared with routine treatment group,the rate of correct diagnosis was obviously improved in thoracoscopy group.Conclusion Medical thoracoscopy is a valuable method to identify simple pleural effusion. |
