摘    要:
目的:了解全国各主产地的黄芪药材及其炮制品的有害元素含量,为安全性评价提供依据。方法:用氢化物发生-原子荧光光度法测定砷,冷原子吸收光度法测定汞,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定镉、铅。结果:黄芪中砷、汞、镉、铅含量范围分别为0.018~0.617μg/g、0.004~0.181μg/g、0.029~0.168μg/g、0.290~5.501μg/g;砷、汞、镉、铅的溶出率范围分别为30.2%~54.2%、4.9%~9.8%、50.7%~87.9%、12.6~27.8%。结论:各产地黄芪药材及其水提取物的砷、汞、镉含量虽有差异,但均在国家食品卫生标准允许限量范围内;而铅含量大多数较高,超过国家食品卫生标准允许限量。

Abstract:
Objective:The contents and dissolution rates of As,Hg,Cd and Pb including 44 batches of Astragali samples from major habitats were analysed. Method:As was determined by hydride generation-AFS. Hg was determined by cold vapour-ASS. Cd and Pb were determined by ICP-ES. Results: The contents of As, Hg,Cd,Pb were 0.018 - 0.617 ug/g, 0.004-0.181ug/g,0.029 - 0.168 ug/g, and 0.290 -5.501 ug/g respectively. The As,Hg,Cd,Pb dissolution rates were 30.2% - 54.2%, 4.9% - 9.8%, 50.% - 87.9%, and 12.6% -27.8% respectively. Conclusion:The contents of As,Hg and Cd were very low and below the limitation of national food and hygiene standard, but that of Pb was high in Astragali and its extracts.
