| 摘 要： | 目的:研究扶正泄浊保肾汤在治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选择2010年5月至今的40例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用中医扶正泄浊保肾汤治疗,对照组采用西医综合治疗,在治疗3个月后比较两组患者的疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率比对照组高,P0.05,有统计学意义。结论:扶正泄浊保肾汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的疗效可靠,值得推广。

Efficacy of the Fuzheng Xiezhuo Baoshen decoction in treating chronic renal failure |

| Abstract: | Objective： To study on the efficacy of the Fuzheng Xiezhuo decoction in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods： 40 cases of chronic renal failure patients collected from May 2010 up to now were divided into two groups. The treatment group was given Fuzheng Xiezhuo Baoshen decoction, while the control group was given complex modem medicine therapy. After 3 months treatment, the efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, with significant differences. Conclusion： Fuzheng Xiezhuo Baoshen Decoction had reliable curative effect in treating chronic renal failure, worth popularizing. |
