鼻唇沟皮瓣在修复鼻部及其周围组织缺损中的运用

目的：探讨鼻唇沟皮瓣（nasolabial flap）在鼻部及其周围组织缺损后修复重建的应用价值。方法：用鼻唇沟皮瓣修复鼻部及其周围组织缺损11例。最大缺损面积约3cm×3．5cm。皮瓣沿鼻唇沟走行方向设计，蒂宽度、长度及方向根据缺损的范围及具体部位确定。结果：11例皮瓣全部成活，多数外形恢复满意，皮瓣质地、色泽均与周围皮肤接近，触痛觉及温度觉存在。鼻唇沟瓣取材方便，供区瘢痕隐蔽，术区畸形不明显。结论：鼻唇沟皮瓣是鼻唇缺损修复的方有效方法。

The application of a nasolabial flap in repairing of the nose and nose-near structure

Objective： To investigate the clinical application of nasolabial flap. Methods： A nasolabial flap was used to repair of nose and nose - near structure in 11 case. The largest defective area was 3cm×3.5cm. The flap was designed along the direction of nasolabial sulcus and the width , the length and direction of its pedicel were designed according to the defective area and site. Result： All the nasolabial flap survived in all 11 cases. Most patients were satisfied with the postoperative natural appearance and color, tactile sensation , algesthesia and thermesthesia. Using flap from the nasolabial sulcus was surgically convenient . The scar in donor site was concealed and no abnormality was formed. Conclusion ： A nasolabial flap is an ideal method for repairing of defects of the nose and nose - near structure.
