38例男性乳腺癌临床病理分析

目的:对本院20年间收治的男性乳腺癌患者的临床资料进行分析,以发现其共同特点,为研究男性乳腺癌的规范治疗做准备。方法:收集本院1990年-2010年收治的38例男性乳腺癌患者的临床资料,分析其流行病学特点、临床表现、病理改变以及治疗方法和治疗结果。结果:本组病例占医院同期收治全部乳腺癌的0.9%;右侧发病率稍高于左侧;89.5%的患者雌激素受体阳性;Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期的病例占全部病例的60.6%;85.71%的患者接受了手术治疗。根据疾病分期和病理结果以及受体情况,所有患者都接受了辅助治疗。随访期间,4例患者出现局部复发,5例患者出现远处转移,平均无瘤生存期为56.75个月。结论:男性乳腺癌是一种容易被忽视的罕见疾病,因此被发现时往往处于较晚期。大多数男性乳腺癌激素受体阳性,因此强烈推荐对此类病人进行激素治疗。

Clinical - pathologic study of 38 patients with male breast cancer

Objective：Investigating the common characteristics of male breast cancer. Methods：Data of ePidemio-logical characteristics,clinical and Pathological Parameters,treatment and outcome of 38 male breast cancer（MBC） Patients in Xiangyang Central eosPital from January,1990 to January,2010 was collected and analyzed. Results：MBC accounts for 0. 9% of all breast cancer. A slight PrePonderance was found of left side over right side. eormone receP-tor（eR）study was Performed on all Patients,thirty four（89. 5% ）Patients were hormone recePtor Positive. Of the Pa-tients with invasive carcinoma,60. 6% of them were Pathologic stage Ⅲ or stage Ⅳ. Thirty of them（85. 71% ）under-went surgical treatment and adjuvant theraPy. There were 4 Patients develoPed local recurrence and 5 Patients devel-oPed distant metastasis. Disease free survival varied from 5 months to 133 months,with a mean of 56. 75 months. Con-clusion：Male breast cancer is a rare disease,it is often seeks medical attention at relatively advanced stage because of being ignored by the community. Majority of MBC are found to be eR Positive,hence hormonal theraPy should be strongly considered.
