奥扎格雷对缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉斑块和颈部血流的影响

目的：探讨奥扎格雷对缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉斑块和颈部血流的影响。方法：选取2009年1月～2010年12月于我院进行治疗的72例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（常规治疗组）36例和观察组（an用奥扎格雷组）36例，将两组患者总有效率、颈动脉斑块及颈部血流进行检测及比较。结果：观察组总有效率（94．44％）高于对照组（80．56％）（χ^2=5．367，P〈0．05），颈动脉斑块总数[（1．95±0．29）个]少于对照组[（2．41±0．30）个]（t=6．458，P〈0．05），斑块大小[（12．02±2．09）mm]小于对照组[（18．97±2．31）mm]（t=6．386，P〈0．05），管腔狭窄比[（27．6±3．5）％]低于对照组[（44．6±3．7）％]（t=5．983，P〈0．05）；颈总动脉近端和远端的收缩期峰值血流速度[（92．3±10．2）cm/s，（72．3±9．6）cm/s]、平均血流速度[（24．1±4．2）cm／s，（21．8±3．6）cm／s]、血管阻力指数[（0．80±0．19，（0．77±0．14）]均优于对照组的收缩期峰值血流速度[（86．1±10．3）cm／s、（68．2±9．4）cm／s]、平均血流速度[（20．6±3．8）cm／s、（17．3±3．5）cm／s]及血管阻力指数[（0．47±．20）、（0．54±0．21）1，差异均有统计学意义（t=5．121、5．862、5．779、5．689、6．635、7．148，均P〈0．05）。结论：奥扎格雷对缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉斑块和颈部血流的影响较明显，可显著改善血流循环及减小斑块。
