| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨米非司酮联合米索前列醇配合清宫术在终止不同妊娠周期的临床疗效。方法：选取本科2007年1月-2009年10月终止7～16周妊娠患者356例，分为两组，终止7～10周妊娠患者为观察组A（238例），终止11—16周妊娠患者为观察组B（118例）。所有患者实施米非司酮联合米索前列醇配合清宫术，比较两组患者的疗效，探讨护理要点。结果：观察组A完全流产率为97．06％，观察组B为96．61％，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；用药后流产时间、手术出血量和术后阴道流血时间比较，差异也无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：米非司酮联合米索前列醇配合清宫术对终止7-16周妊娠患者的引流产效果都很明显，值得临床推广。
