| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小儿病毒性脑炎（VE）异常磁共振成像（MRI）与脑电图（EEG）动态变化特点，研究其临床意义。方法：对72例MRI异常VE患儿的MRI、EEG及临床资料进行分析，并对其中46例进行动态观察。结果：VE颅脑MRI异常主要表现为多发或单发，弥漫或局限点状或斑点状、片状的长T1、长T2信号。多部位损伤52例，主要累及大脑半球各叶、基底节、脑干、脑血管等，恢复期表现为脑软化、脑萎缩、脑室扩大等。EEG异常68例，主要表现为弥漫或局限性高幅慢波θ波、δ波活动，部分表现波幅降低、棘波、尖波、背景节律异常，随着病情好转，慢波消失，背景节律恢复正常，临床症状恢复快，EEG早于影像学恢复。MRI异常显示脑损伤重，恢复时间长，易致后遗症。结论：颅脑MRI、EEG是VE重要的辅助检查方法，对早期诊断、判断病情及治疗效果、评价预后等具有重要临床意义。 |
