| 摘 要： | 目的：观察西比灵与地巴唑联合治疗血管神经性头痛的临床疗效，为今后临床治疗提供依据。方法：选择2005年10月～2010年10月在我院就诊的血管神经性头痛患者184例。将其随机分为A、B两组，每组92例。A组患者采用口服西比灵加地巴唑治疗．B组患者采用口服西比灵的方法进行治疗。对两组治疗效果、不良反应、并发症、毒副作用进行观察．对A组治疗前后的血液流动速度和血流动力学变化进行比较分析。结果：A组患者在治疗前后血流动力学和脑部血流速度都有明显改变，前后差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），其临床治疗效果明显优于B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：西比灵与地巴唑联合治疗血管神经性头痛患者临床疗效明显，对血流动力学和脑部血流速度有显著的改善作用，毒副作用小，用药后几乎没有不良反应和并发症出现，值得临床推广。
