婴儿免疫缺陷的早期识别研究

目的分析健康孕妇与患呼吸道变态反应性疾病孕妇所生新生儿脐带血中天然免疫功能的差异,探讨遗传与免疫缺陷的相关性。方法于第三产程取新生儿脐动脉血98份,其中观察组孕妇(患变态反应疾病孕妇)40份,健康孕妇58份,检测淋巴细胞、IL4/CD4+和Th1/Th2并进行分析。结果数据显示,观察组与对照组年龄分别为(30.22±3.02)岁和(28.36±3.95)岁,孕周为(39.18±1.31)周和(40.21±2.13)周,差异无显著性;IL4/CD4+分别为(1.28±0.26)%和(0.28±0.01)%,观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有显著性;Th1/Th2分别为(1.81±0.41)和(2.86±0.39),观察组低于对照组,P<0.01,差异有显著性。结论遗传因素与新生儿变态反应性疾病的发生相关,新生儿可能有初期的免疫调节缺陷,在变态反应原的刺激下易出现过度反应,导致变态反应性疾病发生。

Research of Early Recognition of Baby Immunodeficiency

OBJECTIVE Analysed the difference of immune characterize in the umbilical cord blood between the normal pregence women and pregnece women who allergic rhinitis（AR）, and to explore its potential relavnt with the gene. METHODS Collect totally 23 allergic rhintis patient＇s umbilical cord blood and nonallergie thinitis patient＇s umbilical cord blood detect level of lymph cell,IL4/ CD4＋, Th1/Th2. RESULTS The ages between two groups have no difference respectively （P〉0.05）. The pregnant weeks between two groups have no difference respectively（P〉0.05）. In the AR group as compared with control group IL4/CD4＋ were higher than control group, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Th1/Th2 in the AR were lower than control group, with significant difference（P〈 0.01）.CONCLUSION Heredity effect play an important role in the allergic rhinitis.
