心理干预对新生儿神经行为发育的影响

目的探讨孕期对孕妇进行心理干预后新生儿发育的变化。方法选择在产科门诊筛查孕妇生活事件总分大于150分以及焦虑、抑郁总分大于50分的孕妇60例为研究对象。随机分为干预组和对照组。干预组采用认知疗法、催眠疗法和音乐疗法对孕妇进行心理干预,对照组不进行干预,产后比较两组产妇所生新生儿Apgar评分、新生儿体重及神经行为评分。结果干预组孕妇所生新生儿的体重、各时间点的Apgar评分及神经行为评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕期对应激孕妇进行心理干预能够改善新生儿的体格及神经行为发育。

The Impact of Neurobehavioral Development of Newborns After Psychological Intervention on Pregnant Women

OBJECTIVE To explore the development changes of newborns after psychological intervention on pregnant women during pregnancy. METHODS 60 pregnant women were selected when their total scores of life events were more than 150 and those of anxiety and depression were more than 50 in the screening of maternity clinics. They were randomly divided into intervention group and the control group. The intervention group was treated with cognitive therapy, hypnosis and music therapies in order to carry out psychological intervention and the control group was not given any intervention. Newborn Apgar mark, birth weight and neurobehavioral scores of two groups were compared after childbirth. RESULTS There was significant difference in the newborn Apgar mark, birth weight and neurobehavioral scores between the two groups. And the scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group.CONCLUSION Psychological intervention on pregnant women during pregnancy can improve the physique and neurobehavioral development of newborns.
