早期显性梅毒患者外周血单个核细胞Toll样受体2mRNA表达的研究

摘    要:目的研究早期显性梅毒患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMCs)Toll样受体2(TLR2)mRNA的表达情况,探讨其在梅毒发病机制中的作用。方法采用实时定量PCR方法检测30例显性梅毒患者外周血PBMCs中TLR2mRNA的表达水平,并与20例正常人作对照。结果早期显性梅毒患者外周血PBMCs中qZR2mRNA的表达水平升高,与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001);早期显性梅毒患者外周血PBMCs中IZR2mRNA的表达水平与血清RPR滴度不存在相关关系(P〉0.05)。结论TLR2可能参与了免疫细胞对梅毒螺旋体的识别和信号转导,TLR2的表达水平升高提示梅毒患者可能存在细胞免疫功能失调和细胞免疫功能抑制。

Abstract:Objective To explore the expressions of Toll-like receptor 2 (TLR2) mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclsar cells ( PBMCs)and the role in the pathogenesis of early symptomatic syphilitic patients. Methods The expressions of TLR2 mRNA in PBMCs was detected by Real Time PCR in 30 early symptomatic syphilitic patients and 20 healthy controls. Results The expression levels of TLR2 mRNA in the PBMC of early symptomatic syphilitic patients was significantly higher than those in the controls (P〈0.01) ; No correlationship between expression levels of TLR2 mRNA in the PBMC and serum RPR titers was found (P〉0.05). Conclusions TLR2 may participate in the immune cells' identification to Treponema paUidum and signal transduction of immune cells, the expressions level of TLR2 mRNA high in PBMCs may suggests that there be prominent disorder and suppression of cellular immunity function in the patients with syphilis.
