摘    要:目的:针对精神分裂症临床大数据管理系统缺失的现状,设计一个精神分裂症多维度信息管理系统,对数据进行有效、可靠的管理和分析。方法:采用浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构与前后端分离模式,应用Java和Python编程语言,基于Spring框架和MySQL数据库,设计并实现了包括数据分析、数据管理、系统管理和安全控制4个模块的精神分裂症多维度信息管理系统。根据功能模块的设计,系统可分为基于layui的表现层、基于SpringBoot的服务层、基于Python的计算层以及My SQL数据库层。结果:该系统能存储包括被试者基本信息、临床试验观察表(case report form,CRF)、MRI、脑电图(electroencephalogram,EEG)、认知测评等多种类型的数据,能对数据进行管理、统计、筛选和绘制图表,基本满足精神分裂症数据信息管理工作的需求。结论:精神分裂症多维度信息管理系统可以帮助精神分裂症研究人员进行数据管理和数据分析,在数据管理、数据分析以及扩展性方面有着使用简便、安全高效、扩展性强等优势,体现了系统的创新性,为精神分裂症临床大数据的管理和研究分析提供了一个良好的平台。

Abstract:Objective To design and implement a multi-dimensional information management system for clinical big data of schizophrenia to effectively and reliably manage and analyze the multi-dimensional data of schizophrenia.Methods A schizophrenia multi-dimension information management system was developed with B/S architecture,front-end separation mode,Java and Python programming languages,Spring framework and MySQL database,which was composed of four modules of data analysis,data management,system management and safety control.Based on function module design the system was divided into layui-based presentation layer,SpringBoot-based service layer,Python-based computation layer and MySQL database layer.Results The system developed stored types of data for testee general information,case report form(CRF),EEG,cognitive function assessment and etc,realized management,statistics,screening and chart drawing for the data above-mentioned,and met the requirements for schizophrenia information management.Conclusion The system developed facilitates the researcher in data management and analysis,and gains advantages in operation,safety,efficiency,scalability and creativity,which provides a platform for schizophrenia clinical big data management and researches.
