| 摘 要： | 目的：为探讨慢性饮酒对心脏的作用，本文研究了酗酒者的左心室收缩与舒张功能。方法：采用二维超声心动图、脉冲多普勒超声心动图检查了６３例酗酒者，并将其左心室收缩与舒张功能测值与４０例对照组进行比较。结果：酗酒组每搏输出量与心输出量较对照组明显降低，其左心室重量较对照组明显增加（Ｐ＜０．０５～Ｐ＜０．００１）；酗酒组二尖瓣频谱所测舒张晚期参数显著增大（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论：酗酒者确实存在左心室收缩与舒张功能的抑制性变化。

Changes of Left Ventricular Systolic and Diastolic Function in Patients With Alcohol Abuse |

| Abstract: | Objective:In order to clarify the chronic effect of alcohol on the heart,left ventricular systolic and diastolic functions were evaluated in patients with alcohol abuse. Methods:Sixty three cases with alcohol abuse were studied with two dimensional echocardiography.Parameters both in the systole and diastole in the group of alcohol abuse were compared with the control group ( n=40 ). Results:Compared with the control group,stroke volume and cardiac output decreased,ventricular mass increased in the group of alcohol abuse significantly ( p<0 05 p <0 001).There were significant augmentation of parameters in the late diastole on mitral Doppler spectrum in patients with alcohol abuse( p <0 001). Conclusion:Depressed changes of left ventricular systolic and diastolic function is present in patients with alcohol abuse. |
