71例海洛因滥用者对防治工作的认识和反馈

为了解海洛因滥用者对三级预防的认知及其一般情况,用湖南医科大学精神卫生研究所设计的三份半定式调查表,对７１名滥用者进行了调查。结果显示,他们的一般情况与国内外的其它报道基本一致,我国的一、二级预防尚待完善,同伴压力在初吸和复吸中都起着强大的作用,社会支持不够,没有得到良好的心理社会康复。据此提出改善伙伴关系,提高社会支持的作用,建立“治疗集体”的重要性及必要性。

COGNITION TO AND FEEDBACK INFORMATION ON THE THREE LEVELS OF PREVENTION FROM 71 HEROIN ABUSERS

To understand the cognition to and feedback information on the three levels of prevention and general situations of heroin abusers, a survey was carried out among 71 abusers with three semi-structured scales designed by Hunan Medical University.The results indicated that their general situation was similar to the reports both from home and abroad. The first and second levels of prevention were waiting for perfect. Peer pressure has a powerful effect on initial abuse and relapse;social support was not good enough; social-psychological rehibilitation was not carried out. So this paper suggested that it was important and necessary to improve the peer's relationship, the effect of social support and establish “Therapeutic Community" in China.
