铬对膳食诱导的肥胖大鼠血清中瘦素的影响

摘    要:目的 研究铬对大鼠肥胖基因表达的影响及其与胰岛素、生长激素和睾酮的关系。方法 先以高脂饲料造成大肥胖模型(每组22只),再以灌胃方式给实验组补充铬(以葡萄糖酸铬的形式给予,相当于Cr^3 3mg/kg),对照组给予去离子水,并于灌胃后1d、1周、2周和3周分别制备血清测定瘦素、胰岛素、生长激素和睾酮等指标。结果 实验组与对照组相比,其瘦素、胰岛素水平显降低,而生长激素和睾酮水平显升高。结论 葡萄糖酸铬可抑制肥胖基因的表达和胰岛素的分泌,促进生长激素和睾酮的分泌。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of chromium on the expression of obese gene and its relationships with insulin,growth hormone and testosterone in obese rats Methods The adult obese rat (Wistar) model was established with high fat diet The Cr supplemented ( Cr) group was daily intubated with 3 mg Cr 3 /kg bw (as gluconate chromium ),while the Cr deficient (-Cr) group was intubated with deioned water Serum was collected at 1 d,1 w,2 w and 3 w to determine leptin,insulin,growth hormone and testosterone Results The leptin and insulin levels of the Cr groups were significantly lower than the -Cr groups,while,the growth hormone and testosterone levels of the Cr groups were significantly higher than the and the -Cr group ( P <0 05). Conclusions Chromium can downregulate the expression of obese gene and inhibit the secretion of insulin,and increase the level of growth hormone and testosterone
