~(14)C呼气试验联合幽门螺杆菌抗体对143例特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者幽门螺杆菌的检测

目的通过14C呼气试验联合幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)抗体对143例特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者H.pylori的检测,了解ITP患者H.pylori感染情况。方法对ITP患者同时进行14C呼气试验及H.pylori抗体检查。结果 14C呼气试验阳性者占54.55%,H.pylori抗体阳性者占58.04%。2种方法检测结果有较好的一致性,均可作为临床诊断H.pylori感染指标。结论 14C呼气试验或H.pylori抗体检测均可准确了解ITP患者H.pylori感染状态。

Detection of 14C breath test combined with Helicobacter pylori antibody on Helicobacter pylori in 143 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

Objective It is to comprehend the infections status of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) through detecting H.pylori of 143 ITP patients with 14C breath test combined with H.pylori antibody.Methods ITP patients were done 14C breath test and H.pylori antibody detection concurrently.Results The positive rate of 14C breath test was 54.55%.The positive rate of H.pylori antibody was 58.04%.The detection results of the two methods had better consistency and could both regard as the index of H.pylori infections diagnosed clinically.Conclusion14C breath test and H.pylori antibody detection both can exactly comprehend the infections status of H.pylori in ITP patients.
