强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变的CT评估和临床实验室检查的分析

目的 :研究强直性脊柱炎 (AS)的临床、实验室特点和骶髂关节的 CT表现。方法 :收集 48例 (男 43例 ,女 5例 )临床表现和实验室检查符合 AS的病例 ,均行 CT扫描检查。结果 :临床表现主要为髋部腰部疼痛 42例 ,实验室检查 ESR加快 41例 ,CRP阳性、浓度增高 39例 ,HL A- B2 7阳性 41例。CT表现主要为骶髂关节毛糙、模糊 ,骨质硬化 ,关节间隙狭窄。结论 :临床表现和CT扫描对 AS骶髂关节病变的诊断具有重要价值

Analysis of Clinical Laboratory Examination and CT Evaluation of Sacroiliac Joint Lesion in Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective To discuss the features of ankylosing spondylitis in clinical and laboratory examinations and to study CT manifestations of sacroiliac joint. Methods Forty eight patients(43 males, 5 females)with ankylosing spondylitis, with which their clinical manifestations and laboratory findings agreed, were given CT scanning. Results Hip pain and waist pain were main clinical features in 42 cases, laboratory findings showed elevated ESR in 41 cases, positive for C reactive protein (CRP) in 39, higher concentration of CRP in 39, and positive for HLA B 27 in 41 cases. CT scanning showed signs of coarseness,dimness, osteoscleross of cacroiliac joint and narrowing of cacroiliac joint space.Conclusion CT scan and clinical manifestations are of great significance in the diagnosis of cacroiliac joints lesions of ankylosing spondylitis.
