椎基底动脉供血不足患者数字减影血管造影的研究

目的分析椎基底动脉供血不足（VHI）患者数字减影血管造影（DSA）的血管情况，为临床治疗提供指导。方法对72例临床拟诊为VBI的患者行主动脉弓及全脑DSA检查，对血管情况及并发症进行综合分析。结果DSA检查血管异常者33例（45.8％），其中前循环异常9例（12．5％），后循环异常17例（23．6％），前后循环均异常7例（9．7％）；脑血管结构无明显异常39例（54．2％）。所有患者均未出现致残、死亡等严重并发症。结论后循环血管结构异常是导致椎基底动脉供血不足的主要病因，前循环血管异常亦是重要病因之一。

Study of digital subtraction angiography in patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency

ABSTRACT： Objective To analyze the vascular structures in patients with vertebrobasilar in- sufficiency （VBI） by digital subtraction angiography （DSA） and provide guidance for clinical treat- ment. Methods The aortic arch and the whole brain of 72 patients with VBI were examined by DSA. The vessel condition and complications were comprehensive analyzed. Results Thirty-three patients showed abnormal vascular structures including procyclic lesion in 9 patients （12.5 % ）, postcyclic lesion in 17 patients （23.6%）, both procyclic and postcyclic lesion in 7 patients （9. 7% ）. Thirty-nine patients showed cerebrovascular structure without obvious abnormality （54. 2 % ）. There were no severe complications such as cripple and death. Conclusion The main cause of VBI is postcyclic lesion, while the procyclic lesion also plays an important role.
