100例高血压病人昼夜分段时间心率变异性分析

目的:研究高血压病人昼夜分段时间的心率变异规律。方法:用24小时动态心电图监测分析系统分别测定100例高血压病人及100例正常人24小时心率变异性(SDNN)及每6小时的心率变异指数,并与之对照。结果:正常人HRV下午3时至9时最小,夜间3时至上午9时最大;高血压病人昼夜变化规律与此相同,但无论24小时的还是各分段时间的HRV均小于正常人(P<0.01)。结论:高血压病人昼夜及各段时间的迷走神经功能受损而交感神经张力升高。

Study of heart rate variability in patients with essential hypertension

Objective: To study the regularity of heart rate variability (HRV) in 24 hours and 4 time segments and its significance in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: We measured total SDNN (24h standard deviation of R -R interval) and partial SDNN (6 h standard deviation of R -R interval/each time segment) of 4 time segments as index of HRV in 100 patients with essential hypertension and 100 normal persons. Results: HRV minimized from 15 : 00 to 21: 00 and maximized from 3 : 00 to 9 : 00 both in normal persons and hypertensive patients, but HRV of hypertensive patients decreased compare with normal persons in 24 h or each time segment (P<0. 01). Conclusion: There is function disability of vagal never in patients with essential hypertensive in each time segment during 24 h, the sympathetic never was hypertonic in these patients.
