| 摘 要： | 目的观察益肾降脂方对大鼠肾小球系膜细胞(Glomerularmesanialcell,GMC)增殖的影响。方法采用灌胃法给予实验性慢性肾功能衰竭(Chronicrenalfailure,CRF)大鼠益肾降脂方汤剂,观察其对大鼠血清GMC增殖的影响。结果与灌服生理盐水的对照组大鼠相比,益肾降脂方治疗组能明显抑制系膜细胞增殖(P<0.01),且优于至灵胶囊治疗组(P<0.01)。结论该方可能是通过抑制GMC的增殖起到治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Yishen Recipe on glomerular mesangial cell (GMC) proliferation. Methods Yishen Jiangzhi Recipe was given to experimental chronic renal failure (CRF) rats, and the effect of their serum on GMC proliferation was observed. Results Compared with control group rats to which physiological saline was given, the serum of Yishen Jiangzhi Recipe treatment group could obviously inhibit the GMC proliferation (P <0.01), and was better than Zhiling Capsule treatment group (P <0.01). Conclusion Yishen Jiangzhi Recipe postpone CRF progress by inhibiting GMC proliferation. |
