2012年新疆阿勒泰地区口岸蚊蝇监测结果分析

摘    要:
目的通过对阿勒泰地区口岸的蚊蝇监测,掌握口岸蚊蝇种群构成、密度、季节消长情况,为制定口岸蚊蝇控制措施提供参考依据。方法蚊类采取诱蚊灯法,蝇类采取捕蝇笼法,并对捕获的蚊蝇进行种类鉴定。结果此次监测共捕获蝇类4 785只,经分类鉴定隶属于3科10属12种,优势种为丝光绿蝇;捕获蚊类142只,经分类鉴定隶属于1科3属4种,优势种为尖音库蚊。在吉木乃、塔克什肯口岸首次捕获了传播疟疾的重要媒介米赛按蚊和传播西尼罗热脑炎的重要媒介尖音库蚊,在吉木乃口岸生活区首次捕获雨兆花蝇。结论口岸区域蚊蝇新纪录的发现,说明新疆口岸具备蚊蝇传播传染病的流行条件,有必要加强相关传染病病原体检测工作。

Abstract:
Objective To make the reference frame for control measures of mosquitoes and flies, and to master the information about mosquitoes and flies population, composition, density and seasonal fluctuation by monitoring at Yarant and Jeminay port. Methods The fly cage method was used to capture fly, and the mosquito lamp method was induced for mosquito. Results A total of 4 785 flies were captured, and classified as 3 family 10 genera 12 species. A total of 142 mosquitoes were captured, and classified as 1 families 3 genera 4 species. An.messeae and Culex pipiens which were the important media of spreading malaria and West Nile fever for the first time were caught at Yarant port and Jeminay port. Meanwhile, Anthomyia pluvialis was captured. Conclusion The finding of mosquitoes and flies at the first time explains that there is a condition of prevalence of Spreading infectious diseases at Xinjiang port. It is necessary for us to strengthen the work about detection of related infectious pathogens.
