| Abstract: | Professional competence is a potential and deep trait which causes outstanding performance of individual. It inciuldes knowledge, skills, traits or motivation etc. The port＇s core capability construction demands higher to the professional skill of health and quarantine personnel. The thesis summarizes port health and quarantine personnel＇s professional competence, it provides reference to relevant departments＂ training of health and quarantine personnel. |
