谈军队中心医院床位分类管理

针对军队部分中心医院偏重于数量、规模、速度的粗放型增长模式，盲目增加床位规模，忽视质量和效益，造成了卫生资源配置的失控失衡及闲置浪费。探讨在卫生体制改革的整体框架下，围绕总部全面建设现代后勤“三大建设任务”总体要求和新时期军队医院建设“主题、主线、转型、转变”总体思路，从质量效益、卫勤使命、医疗市场三大要素着手，坚持科学发展，合理调控床位，逐步走出一条适度规模、质量建院、内涵推动的发展路，使医院全面建设进入健康发展的轨道。

Classified Management of Military Central Hospital Beds

In recent years, the number, scale and extensive speed of the beds in some military central hos-pitals were increasing quickly , the quality and efficiency were ignored , which has resulted in an imbalance and un-controlled waste of health resources .Under the overall reform framework of the health system reform and combining with the requirement of the headquarters as “three construction task” and the general hospital development direction of “theme, the main line, transformation, transition”, we explored some ways to build up a modern military center hospital of better quality and high efficiency , and adapting to the market and continuous development , which fo-cused on the regulating the hospital beds appropriately .
