老年胸腰段脊柱后凸畸形截骨矫形术患者的护理

目的探讨老年胸腰段脊柱后凸畸形截骨矫形术患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2013年1月在丽水市中心医院骨科治疗的脊柱后凸畸形的40例老年患者的临床资料。所有患者术前均进行优化健康教育、肺功能训练、胃肠道准备,术后均予以严密的病情观察、充分有效镇痛、早期功能锻炼。结果患者中有1例患者发生肠系膜上动脉综合征,1例患者发生胸腔积液、1例患者发生精神障碍。结论优化护理是保证患者能顺利完成手术的关键,严密的术后护理可减少术后并发症,患者功能恢复好。

Nursing of Elderly Patients with Thoracolumbar Spine Kyphoscoliosis Undergoing Osteotony

Objective To investigate the nursing method of elderly patients with thoracolumbar spine kyphoscoliosis undergoing osteotony.Methods Clinical data of 40 elderly patients with thoracolumbar spine kyphoscoliosis were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were had optimal health education,pulmo-nary function training,gastrointestinal preparations before surgery,and close observation,full and effective analgesia,early function exercises after surgery.Results Postoperative complications include 1 case of superior mesenteric artery syndrome,1 case of pleural effusion,and 1 case of mental disorders.Conclusion Optimal nursing is the key to ensure the sucessful operation,and colsed postoperative nursing can reduce the postoperative complication.
