| 摘 要： | 目的探讨集束化护理在预防白血病患者PICC置管并发症中的效果。方法采用非同期队列对照设计,选取2013-2014年行PICC置管的115例白血病患者为研究对象,根据住院时间分为对照组58例和干预组57例,对照组采用常规护理,干预组采用集束化护理。比较两组患者静脉炎、局部渗血、皮肤过敏、感染、导管脱落及堵管等置管并发症的发生率。结果干预组患者PICC置管并发症的总体发生率为10.53%(6/57),低于对照组的31.03%(18/58),差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.36,P0.01)。结论集束化护理可有效降低白血病患者PICC置管并发症的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of bundle of care in prevention of PICC complication of patients with leukemia.Methods Totally 1 1 5 patients were selected and divided into the control group and intervention group by means of cohort study of nonsimultaneous period.The control group had conventional nursing and the intervention group was given bundle of care.The incidence of phlebophlogosis,local bleeding,allergic skin infection,catheter fall and catheter block were compared between two groups of patients.Results The occurrence rate of complication in intervention group was 10.53%（6/57）,which was significantly lower than control group of 31.03%（18/58）,and the difference was statistically significant （χ2=12.36,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Bundle of care can significantly reduce the occurrence rate of PICC complication in patients with leukemia. |
