胆结石患者围手术期护理方法及效果观察

目的探讨胆结石患者围手术期护理方法及临床效果。方法随机将100例患者分为常规护理组和综合护理干预组，对常规组患者采用常规护理，对综合组患者采用围手术期综合护理干预，并观察两组护理效果。结果两组患者手术时间无明显差异（P〉0．05），综合护理干预组患者术中出血量明显低于常规组，住院时间明显短于常规组，差异具有显著性（P〈O．05），同时综合护理干预组患者总并发症发生率明显低于常规组，差异具有显著性（P〈O．05）。结论胆结石患者围手术期实施综合护理干预，不仅能够降低术后出血量和住院时间，同时对降低并发症发生率也具有重要的意义，值得临床推广使用。

Gallstones Patients Perioperative Nursing Methods and Clinical Effect Observation

Objective To investigate the analysis of gallstones patients perioperative nursing methods and clinical effect. Methods Our hospital 100 cases of patients randomly divided into control group and observation group, the clinical control group were＇ treated by routine nursing, the observation group were treated by comprehensive periopera- tive nursing intervention, the effect of two groups of nursing and observation. Results Two groups of patients with op- eration time has no obvious difference （P〉0.05）, but patients intraoperatie blood loss comprehensive nursing intervention group was obviously lower than normal group, shorter hospitalization time obviously the conventional group, the differ- ence is statistically significant （P〈0.05）, at the same time, the rate of total complications in patients with hair comprehen- sive nursing intervention group was obviously lower than normal group, the difference statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gallstones, not only can reduce the bleeding and postoperative hospital stay, at the same time also has the vital significance to reduce the incidence of complications, worthy of clinical use.
