利培酮合并舒肝解郁胶囊治疗精神分裂症抑郁症状对照研究

目的探讨利培酮合并舒肝解郁胶囊与单用利培酮治疗精神分裂症抑郁症状的疗效。方法将82例伴有抑郁症状的精神分裂症患者随机分为利培酮合并舒肝解都胶囊组和利培酮组治疗，观察时间为8周。采用卡尔加里精神分裂症抑郁量表（CDSS）、阳性和阴性症状量表评定疗效，采用副作用量表评定不良反应。结果治疗8周后两组抑郁症状有效率比较有高度显著性差异（x2=11．2，P〈0．01）；两组CDSS减分率有高度显著性差异（t=13．65，P〈0．01），两组不良反应发生率无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论利培酮合并舒肝解郁胶囊改善精神分裂症抑郁症状明显优于利培酮。

A Control Study on the Combination of Shugan Jieyu Capsules and Risperidone in the Treatment of Schizophrenia with Depression

Objective To investigate the curative effect of the Combination of Shugan Jieyu Capsules and Risperidone and Risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia with depression. Methods 82 schizophrenia inpatients with depression were random- ly assigned to the Combination of Shugan Jieyu Capsules and Risperidone group and Risperidone group. All of the cases were treated with the Combination of Shugan Jieyu Capsules and Risperidone or Risperidone for 8 weeks. The efficacy and side effects were evalu- ated with CDSS, PANSS and TESS. Results The differences were significant with rates of efficacy in the treatment depression with two groups （x~=l 1.2, P 〈 0.01 ）. The differences were significant in CDSS reducing score rate with two groups after 8 weeks （t=-13.65, P 〈 0.01）. The differences were not significant in unhealthy （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of the Combination of Shugan Jieyu Capsules and Risperidone is superior than Rispefidone in the treatment of schizophrenia with depression.
