| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨中西医结合治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的治疗体会。方法 :对 4 8例患儿采用了中药口服、光疗及对症治疗方法。结果 :经治疗后 ,疗程缩短 ,不良反应减少 ,总有效率达 91.7%。结论 :中西医结合治疗新生儿高胆红素血症 ,可减少核黄疸的发生率 ,具有一定的临床意义

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse the experience in the treatment of hyperbilirubinemia in new borns.Methods:Oral Chinese medicine,light therapy and heteropathy were used to treat 48 new borns with the disease.Results:The course of the treatment shortened and adverse effect became less.The total effective rate came to 91.7 %.Conclusion:Combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine for hyperbilirubinemia may reduce the indidence of nuclear interus and it is of clinical significance to the development of perinatal medicine. |
